Thea Villas and apartments are spectacularly located on a hillside at the most attractive part of Aegina. Facing the magnificent Klima bay, they offer amazing views towards the sea and the striking landscape.

Each Villa can be divided into two different apartments that can be rented separately. Thereby, there are 3 different types of housing on offer: the Villa, the Maisonette and the Apartment.

The Villa is laid out on 3 levels. It is ideal for 8 to 10 people and it can sleep up to 12.

The Maisonette occupies the two upper levels of the villa and is perfect for 4 people. It can sleep up to 6.

The Apartment lies at the lower level of the villa, it is ideal for 2 to 4 persons and can sleep up to 6.
